Palestinians under Administrative Detention
(Sept. 2000 – May 2001)
| Adminstartive detention is considered as one of the harshest measures applied against the Palestinian population. The concept is being abolished worldwide even in least developing countries, however, this concept is very appealing to Israelis. It allows them to detain Palestinians with no evidence - with no trial for an indefinite period of time totally ignoring the prisoners condition and health. |
